What We Collect and Why

We collect only what you provide through forms (account registration, profile updates, job offers, comments) and use it to operate the platform. Additionally, third-party services we rely on may collect technical data automatically:

• Authentication — our auth provider stores your email, password hash, and OAuth tokens. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Observability — error tracking, analytics, and monitoring tools may collect your IP address, browser type, and interaction data.
• Cookies and local storage — used for your authentication session and preferences (dark mode, language). We do not use advertising cookies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Third-party service providers receive data solely for operating and improving the platform.

Data Retention

This platform exists for submitting and discussing job offers. Job offers you submit — including the contact information attached to them — and any comments are retained permanently as essential business records and cannot be deleted. You can request deletion of your account and profile picture by contacting us at pavel@kalandra.tech.
